Buying a car is never straight forward and for me so much comes down to the person helping you. Chad Eusepi made life a lot easier for me, he was never pushy, was always trying to help, had extensive knowledge and constantly made himself available. Frankly you can't ask for more than that!

Year 2020, Range Rover Sprts is our family's third SUV from Grand Touring Automobiles. W e are in Hospitality businesses since many years and very well understand relationships with customers! But I guess is more important whom you deal with and makes your day better and good reputation for that particular businesses. Peter Ferret, sales personnel is the best example of this, just because of him and service guy Bun, we are with this Dealer since long time. No complaint so far, Thank you very much Peter Ferret and Bun.

When looking for a sports car that costs over $100,000, it's not a task you take lightly. I dealt with half a dozen salespeople at various dealerships like BMW and Mercedes. In the end the deciding factor helped me make the decision for a new Jaguar was the salesperson at Grand Touring, Chad Eusepi. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, not pushy, took the time to answer my relentless questions and really helped me feel confident in my decision. I highly recommend him and the dealership.

Really impressed by the level of service I received today from the entire staff here and especially Michael Theodoridis. I travel frequently and find it hard to schedule time for maintenance, but I called this morning and they were able to take my car today and hold onto it until I return from business. I hate going to dealerships because they are usually filled with crabby old men in cheap suits, but everyone here was polished and pleasant and really went out of their way to accommodate, even arranging me a ride home. I did not purchase my car at this dealer and my service is covered by a maintenance plan so they didn't do this for a sale, it's just their standard of service. If this is the level of after-sales service that can be expected, I see no reason to purchase a vehicle elsewhere and after this experience I will certainly return here for my next.
