Grand Touring Automobiles is a leading luxury automotive group that specializes in super luxury vehicles. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a Super Luxury Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

As the Super Luxury Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role assisting in the management of our pre-owned inventory. Working closely with the VP of Super Luxury and Super Luxury New Car Sales Managers to ensure efficient operations, excellent customer service, and maximum performance. Your knowledge of the luxury automotive market and strong sales skills will contribute to the over all success of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to effectively manage all areas of the Super Luxury Pre-Owned Department, including but not limited to wholesale, retail, appraising vehicles, purchasing and marketing
  • Ability to forecast goals and objectives for Super Luxury Pre-Owned vehicle sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
  • Ability to acquire vehicles for inventory with VP of Super Luxury approval
  • Knowledge of the reconditioning process and how to do it cost effectively
  • Ability to work well with other departments to ensure a smooth transition
  • Ability to appraise Super Luxury vehicles
  • Ability to train and effectively lead all Pre-owned car sales associates
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers
  • Ensure that sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies at all times
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with customers; subordinates and other management

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Pre-Owned Sales
  • Previous experience with luxury automotive sales
  • Previous experience with our Super Luxury brands would be an asset
  • In-depth knowledge of Pre-owned vehicle sales and dealership operations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
  • Previous experience with CPO programs is preferred
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as require
  • Valid OMVIC license
  • Full G Driver’s license

Experience:

  • Luxury Automotive Sales: 4 years (preferred)
  • Dealership: 6 years (preferred)
  • Pre-Owned Sales: 4 years (preferred)

 

Licence/Certification:

  • OMVIC (required)
