Representing a portfolio of world-class brands including Jaguar Land Rover, INEOS Grenadier, and Polestar, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives that elevate brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support retail performance across multiple luxury and performance segments.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across Jaguar Land Rover, INEOS, and Polestar to drive awareness, traffic, and sales
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with OEM standards while maintaining Grand Touring Automobiles’ brand identity
- Manage monthly and quarterly marketing calendars across all three brands
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Oversee digital campaigns including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI
- Collaborate with external agencies and OEM partners on campaign execution and reporting
Content & Creative Direction
- Lead content strategy across social media, web, and in-store touchpoints
- Ensure all creative reflects a luxury aesthetic and is consistent with each brand’s positioning
- Coordinate photoshoots, video production, and branded storytelling initiatives
Events & Experiential Marketing
- Plan and execute high-end client events, vehicle launches, and brand activations
- Partner with internal teams to create memorable customer experiences that reflect each brand’s DNA
- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and post-event reporting
Retail & Sales Support
- Work closely with dealership leadership and sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
- Develop campaigns to support inventory movement, new model launches, and seasonal initiatives
- Provide tools and assets to enhance showroom experience and lead conversion
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on marketing performance across all channels
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in automotive, luxury, or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Experience managing multiple brands or business units simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and brand consistency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with OEM marketing standards and co-op programs is an asset
