Marketing Administrator - marketing team

At Grand Touring Automobiles, we proudly represent the most exclusive automotive brands in the world, including Aston Martin, Bentley, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, and more! We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing team and help bring our brand experiences to life. This position will be designated for our Lamborghini Uptown (Maple) and our new Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, and Bentley Dealership in Oakville!

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, has a passion for luxury branding, and enjoys blending creativity with precision. From social media storytelling to event execution, you will be an integral part of sharing our world with clients, partners, and enthusiasts alike.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Content

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging, on-brand content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more)
• Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
• Track performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for content optimization
• Stay ahead of digital and social trends to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant

Event Marketing & Support

• Assist in planning and coordinating exclusive events and brand activations
• Manage logistics including venue coordination, vendor communication, and guest list management
• Create promotional materials and campaigns to drive engagement and attendance
• Capture high-quality content during events for post-event marketing

Marketing Administration & Brand Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels
• Assist with email marketing, website updates, and digital advertising
• Maintain consistent brand standards across all creative assets
• Support the creation of marketing collateral, including flyers, presentations, and promotional materials

What You Bring

• Previous experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (luxury brand experience is an asset)
• Strong written and visual communication skills with an eye for detail
• Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
