Marketing Manager - jaguar land-rover team

Grand Touring Automobiles is the home to the most Luxurious brands in the world! We are looking to fill the position of a Marketing Manager to look after our Jaguar Land Rover and Polestar brands. In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, the Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the sales team with key marketing initiatives. This position is also responsible for the day-to-day coordination, development, and maintenance of all digital platforms including Retailer websites, and CRM tools.


1. Sales Support – Support marketing campaigns under the direction of the Sales & General Manager:

  • Support digital content efforts with retailer websites and digital campaigns for new car, pre-owned, and aftersales marketing.
  • Accountable for all paid and organic digital marketing initiatives.
  • Create all digital assets including email campaigns, display ads, SEO & SEM.
  • Assure the completion of assigned Marketing projects accurately, on budget and on time.
  • Plan and execute all sales events and launch events.
  • Support traditional marketing efforts by coordinating print, broadcast & direct mail projects.
  • Co-op Marketing Claims - Ensure OEM Marketing Policy requirements are met with the submission of invoices and proper backup documents for reimbursement upon monthly deadlines.

2. CRM – Develop Email campaigns for prospects and owners on an as needed basis for marketing, sales, and aftersales programs.

  • Manage database of clients and prospects
  • Develop monthly email marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate and maintain Lead Management system

3. Digital Channels - Manage the Retailer's social media channels, including overseeing the creation and tracking the performance of social media campaigns.

4. Digital Platforms & Integrations - Coordinate and execute the development of the Retailer's digital platforms including content management:

  • Updating and maintaining website content as required
  • Develop and manage local content as necessary including but not limited to all brands, SEO, service, boutique, etc.
  • Ensure all Digital content is consistently branded and fully integrated with all consumer touch points.
  • Co-ordinate with internal teams to support brand marketing

4. Digital Analytics - Provide online competitive research & analysis by leveraging internal and external resources to gather relevant benchmarks for website metrics, search, social media, mobile and other associated digital touchpoints.

  • Generate monthly campaign reports that reflect month-over-month results for all digital activity.


College or university degree. Minimum 3 years experience in Automotive Marketing. Minimum 5 years of digital and event marketing experience including related experience in:

  • Using content management systems;
  • Using lead management systems;
  • Social media management
  • Event planning background
  • Strong understanding of best practices in digital content strategies, brand digitization, and the digital development process;
  • Exceptional copywriting and creative development skills;
  • Excellent communication skills - present ideas in a clear concise way, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines, under pressure, with high standards of accuracy and quality control.
  • Exceptional organizational skills: ability to manage multiple projects with tightly prescribed timelines; an understanding of information systems.
  • Demonstrate superior analytical skills.
  • Google Analytics reporting
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is required.
  • Photography experience is an asset.
