Boutique Specialist & Junior Parts Advisor - downtown parts team

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and have an eye for style and design? Do you enjoy providing exceptional customer service and have a knack for sales? If so, Grand Touring Automobiles is looking for a Boutique Specialist & Junior Parts Advisor.

The Boutique Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, sales, fulfilling orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and attending & selling at after-sale events.

Duties:

• In charge of updating online boutique branded goods (Aston, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Rolls Royce Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email with their parts needs)
• Providing exceptional customer service, selling, maintaining & updating boutique areas in dealership
• Organizing & assisting sales with gift purchases & selling at aftersales events
• Assisting in warranty related parts (organizing, labelling, keeping up to date with manufacturer needs) under the supervision of management
• Additional Improvement Opportunities under management
• Use retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and taxes
• Use Excel to maintain accurate inventory records
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
• Strong math skills for calculating prices and inventory management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with automotive parts is preferred
• Past dealership experience would be an asset
• Past Retail & Customer Service experience is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Some experience in parts advisor role (willing to learn)
• Previous experience with CDK Software would be an asset
