Job Title: Service Receptionist

Grand Touring Automobiles is seeking to hire a receptionist for our busy service department.
As the Receptionist you will greet all visitors and answer incoming phone calls maintaining a high level of professionalism. Your secondary responsibilities include providing support with overflow work, things such as mailings, filing, setting appointments etc. Must be enthusiastic, positive, even tempered and have strong skills in areas of dependability, interpersonal relationships, and communications. The Receptionist will routinely handle highly confidential information in a discreet, professional manner and provide a best in class customer service approach with all interactions.
