Grand Touring Automobiles is seeking to hire a Service Department Appointment Co-Ordinator.
The Service/Appointment Co-ordinator is responsible for scheduling reservations in order to ensure maximum utilization of the Service Shop capacity, while ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
The ideal candidate will have some automotive knowledge but above all else, be customer focused. Providing the best possible experience for our customers is key in this role. They would also need to be have a pleasant and patient demeanor on the telephone and be a good problem solver.
